The staff is friendly, the place is always very clean, and I never have to worry about my mother's safety or care. This is the best place she could be in her condition.

My mom spent about 9 months here. In and out of hospitals into rehab facilities. My mom loved this rehabilitation location. They provided very special care and my loved the garden where she would spend some of her day outside when she was feeling good. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place. The staff of the 3rd floor North was extra sweet and professional with my mom. Thank you for making her long days and nights comfortable.

Excellent staffing especially with physical therapist, social worker and nursing. They definitely takes good care of my grandma. Place is clean and people will greet you hello as you walk in front desk or in elevator. Will recommend this place to our friends and family.

My grandfather was a resident and we were very happy with the care on the first floor. Rehab was amazing, they treated us like family. Thank you!

I am very impressed with the staff and care I received at the Grand. They have been very warm and caring. Nensi, Elie and Cara have been great and are professional and compassionate in their jobs, and thanks to their professional persistence I was able to gain a significant improvement in my health. Thank you to everyone at the Grand for making me feel welcomed.

My mom has been to different rehabs but the Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens is the BEST. The facilities are very well kept, the food served is delicious, healthy, and even my picky mom complimented. The hospitality of the care team is outstanding, right from the receptionist to the nursing unit, from the therapists to the social worker, they are all very caring and courteous. Double thumbs up to the management team, you have done a remarkable job!
