Visitation Plan
Inhouse and Outdoor Visits
- All visitors submit to a health screening and temperature reading prior to all visits. Access can be denied for visitors exhibiting symptoms or do not pass the screening process.
- All visitors must show proof of a negative COVID test within the last 7 days.
- All visitors must wear a mask during the duration of the time in the facility.
- Visitors must remain in the designated visiting area throughout the visit.
- Arrangements for in room visits must be approved by the Administrator for end of life/compassionate care cases only
- Areas where visitors and residents met will be disinfected between visitations using EPA approved disinfectant and will be expected to perform hand hygiene prior to and after interactions with other persons and surfaces.
- The facility will provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer to all visitors
- All visits must be compliant with social distancing mandates.
- All visitors must be 18 years and older
- Visitations may be suspended at any time for the safety of residents and staff.
