My aunt was there recently and everyone made her stay better than we could have imagined. Keep up the great work!

Our experience was only positive. We have dealt with a couple of other nursing homes and this was by far the best.

I am happy that I followed my friends advice and tried this place, Administration was extremely helpful throughout my journey here, the staff are smiley, friendly and caring. Social Work always answered my calls and put me in touch with the right person. The gym is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and renovated. The food was good and loved the “Grand” sandwiches they would make upon request. I hope I never need subacute rehab again but I’m glad I found a place that I feel comfortable and at home with.

The care given to my grandfather was out of this world. He was a celebrity there!! Especially during corona, they made sure that he was happy and safe, while giving him the best medical and rehabilitative care.

Care given was exemplary. Nurses and staff were not only knowledgeable and professional but were very caring.

The staff is great that’s really what makes it Grand.

Very caring and understanding staff and I would like to live here.

II want to thank the staff at The Grand at Pawling for making my stay there comfortable and enjoyable. They were always considerate and friendly toward all the residents. The staff was dedicated to my well-being on a daily basis. The fun activities they provided kept me involved while receiving excellent health care. The Grand at Pawling is the perfect name for this rehabilitation facility!

The staff from nursing to maintenance is top notch. Therapy Department is excellent.

This place is beautiful. I'm already loving it here. My ride in was amazing and smooth.

My room is very bright and warm. I feel so comfortable. Everyone has been very caring to me. It's also very clean.

TEAM WORK! We do have amazing nurses, CNA’s, therapists, housekeepers, kitchen staff, receptionist and activities staff, and everyone else. We are all awesome!

I miss The Grand’s staff and the people I met while Ed was there. Rock on Deb! Praying you all stay healthy and safe.

My mom is currently there receiving rehab everything about this experience has been 100% positive. The staff cares for each like they are the own family. The residents that have been there a long time look out for each other and have helped my mom regain and get better. I highly recommend and have peace of mind of the quality of care she is still receiving. A staff member Emily even FaceTimed me this morning so my mom could see us during this virus epidemic. Thank you all for your amazing dedication!

Everyone here is amazing. Polite, caring and go the extra mile. That’s the type of people I came across while here. My nursing staff was great. The Rehab staff was amazing. The Concierge is always smiling.

I am happy that everyone here is so nice and happy. I feel accepted here.
