Israel Wulliger LNHA, LMSW
Administrator Israel Wulliger LNHA, LMSW has a masters degree in social work from Long Island University and has dedicated his life to helping others in various capacities. He comes to The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing after working as an administrator at Regal Care in Southport, Connecticut. Previously he spent five years at the Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Health Care as a clinician and has served a health chaplain for New York State Brooklyn Development Center Office for Person With Development Disabilities for nine years. An internationally known vocalist and musician who has released ten professional albums, Israel has also worked as a psychotherapist at the Catapult Learning Center. He and his wife Aviva live in Brooklyn with their five children.
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley’s Assistant Administrator Michael Hurtes has been enamored with the nursing home field since his high school days and has served on many related committees as well as on several young leadership committees. A native of Long Island, Michael has a passion for interacting with people and lives in Queens with his wife Dassie.
Director of Admissions
Roseann Sellers, Director of Admissions, has been with The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley since April of 2004. After graduating from SUNY New Paltz, Roseann began her career in the nursing home field in 1987 as the Director of Social Work at the Hudson Valley Nursing Center. She eventually transitioned into the financial and admission processes in health care before becoming the Director of Admissions at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley nine years ago. Roseann and her family live in New Paltz where she is very dedicated to serving the needs of the elderly, volunteering her time with area professionals in order to provide case management services to adults who want to safely plan for healthy aging. Roseann, her son and her daughter are very passionate supporters of the Alzheimer’s Association of Hudson Valley and participate annually in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s as well as taking the polar plunge as Sub Zero Heroes.
Director of Rehabilitation
Valerie Tucci, OTRL, is the Director of Rehabilitation at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley. For five years, Valerie held the same position at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Pawling and has 15 years of experience in long term care. A 1999 graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University who holds a bachelor's in occupational therapy, Valerie’s skills, compassion and team approach make her a favorite among both her patients and her colleagues.
Director of Social Work
Tish Mosiello, Director of Social Work, transferred from The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Pawling to join the team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley in November 2014. Tish comes to the facility with many years’ experience in both the acute and long term care settings. A 1989 graduate of Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry with a bachelor's in social work, Tish earned her master’s in social work from Columbia University in 1990. Tish, who has two adult married children and a granddaughter, enjoys spending time at home with her husband and mother.
Director of Adult Day Healthcare
Ari graduated from Yeshiva University with a bachelor’s degree in international business. He is currently pursuing a master’s in healthcare administration from Saint Joseph’s College. Prior to joining The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at River Valley, Ari was a marketing professional with The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens. Ari has been an active volunteer firefighter with the Nassau County Fire Department and he has also volunteered with the New York Police Department.
